Re|engage Training Conference (West Coast)
Equipping your church to help couples prepare, strengthen, and restore their marriages.
The Re|engage Training Conference is a two-day training experience designed to help churches care for couples in every season of marriage ministry, from preparing for marriage to building a strong foundation in the early years to helping marriages reconnect, heal, and grow.
Whether your church is exploring Re|engage for the first time, strengthening an existing Re|engage ministry, or interested in offering Merge or Foundation Groups, this conference will help your team take a clear next step.
Two Days of Practical Marriage Ministry Training
Marriage ministry is not one-size-fits-all. Couples need care before marriage begins, support in the early years, and a safe place to find help when marriage gets hard. At the Re|engage Training Conference, your team will receive practical training, ministry insight, and encouragement for serving couples through three connected ministries:
Re|engage — a marriage discipleship ministry for couples looking to reconnect, grow, or find hope in the midst of struggle.
Foundation Groups — a newly married ministry that helps couples build Christ-centered community and healthy patterns in the early years of marriage.
Merge — a premarital ministry that helps seriously dating and engaged couples prepare for marriage with clarity and confidence.

Premarital and Newly Married Ministry
Best for: Churches interested in starting or strengthening ministry to seriously dating, engaged, or newly married couples.
Marriage ministry does not have to begin when a couple is already in crisis. This track will help your church explore how to care for couples before marriage and in the early years of marriage through Merge and Foundation Groups.
Merge helps seriously dating and engaged couples prepare for marriage through biblical teaching, honest conversations, mentor-led discussion, and practical next steps.
Foundation Groups helps newly married couples build Christ-centered community, grow in oneness, and establish healthy patterns during the first years of marriage.
In this track, you’ll explore:
- How to care for couples before and early in marriage
- The ministry models for Merge and Foundation Groups
- What leaders and mentors need to serve couples well
- How these ministries can fit within your church’s broader marriage ministry strategy
- How to help couples build before crisis hits
If your church already offers Merge, this track will also introduce the newly updated Merge curriculum and help your team prepare for a smooth transition.
